Caffeine driven, noisy, pushy, frantic life.
Constantly bombarded by the static of the world.
My soul seek peace.

Struggling, day to day, sometimes minute to minute,
through the sludge of daily life.
My soul desires peace.

Finally, I stumble on a quiet space,
a cool, dark cave away from the frenzy,
an oasis of peace in you.

Here I can tune out the noise, the smells,
the ever changing panorama of our crazy world.
I sink into the softness of your peace.

Sensing only the soothing silence of this place,
my soul finds solace in this momentary oasis
